Fall arrest devices for public buildings

Essential in workplaces where there is the risk of falling but at the same time where it is not necessary to wear individual protective devices, the Collective Protection Equipment includes parapets and gangways which ensures a safe workplace. In particular Frigerio Company provides BARRIER parapets, studied for safeguarding operators on level roofs or terraces with a maximum inclination of 10°, accessible for maintenance works, but closed to the public. Ideal both for new constructions and for existent and old ones - where a traditional anchoring by dowels is complex and it is not possible to pierce the sheath – they are realized with high quality aluminum and supplied with different pillars, straight or curved (better for reducing the visual impact of the parapet).

Great convenience of use: they can be fixed to the bitumen coating or as an alternative they can be stabilised by concrete weight covered with plastic. Comfortable to transport and assemble, BARRIER systems are certified according to the regulations DIN EN 14122-3: 2001 and DIN EN 13374:2013 and tested for the wind load.

PARAPET BARRIER Constructed in such a way as to be able to adapt perfectly to every architectural element, this parapet offers many different possibilities of use for collective side protection. The fast and easy assembly and the possibility of mounting without perforating the cover make this product a very flexible multi-purpose device. Universal use possibilities; adjustable in height and inclinable; little weight thanks to the distance between a supporting pole and the other; no need to perforate the cover, tilting design version with flush surfaces. Short assembly time, simple assembly. Product in aluminum, resistant to bad weather.
